Orders, payment, shipping & returns
We do ship Worldwide on all of our products except for CBD!
However, as a small family owned business, we unfortunately don't have any control over what the USPS charges for shipping out of the US or the time it would take for our products to make it through customs. Thank you for your business!
We are unfortunately legally only able to ship CBD within the United States.
At Nonipup, we offer two distinct shipping alternatives: USPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Regrettably, First Class and Parcel Post options are no longer available, resulting in an overall adjustment in pricing. Our USPS Priority Mail service provides the added advantages of insurance coverage and expedited shipping.
It's worth noting that certain items, particularly our grooming products such as shampoo, may incur slightly elevated costs due to their weight. We kindly request your understanding and patience regarding these pricing adjustments, as we proudly operate as a small, family-owned business. Your continued support is greatly appreciated!
Our products originate from our dedicated distributor located in Sedona, AZ. Our distributor's diligent team is committed to promptly processing and dispatching your orders, aiming to ship them within a timeframe of 24 to 72 hours from the moment your order is placed. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure a seamless and timely delivery experience for your purchases.
At Nonipup, we recognize that each dog is an individual, and there may be instances where specific ingredients do not align well with the preferences or sensitivities of our fur babies. Here at Nonipup, we want you as happy as can be and will gladly give you a refund if this occurs.
To initiate the refund process, kindly send back the product, even if it has been used, along with a copy of your invoice to the following address:

After you checkout you will receive a Order Confirmation email that includes a link to view your order status.
If you lose your initial Order Confirmation email you can contact us to resend your order confirmation. Head over to our contact page and send us a message with your order number, email address, or phone number used at checkout. We will look up your order and send out the Order Confirmation email again.
Bankful is our payment gateway. When you go to checkout on our store you will be redirected to Bankful to enter your payment details.
Your order will appear as a charge from "Anything Is Pawsibl" on your credit card statement.
